Terms of service

Agreement

These terms cover use of creoglyph.io, the Creoglyph Webflow apps, and any product we make available through them. Using any of it means you accept them. They are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

What we provide

Webflow Designer apps, published through the Webflow Marketplace, and Webflow development services agreed separately in writing. Creogen is in private development, is not generally available, and is supplied only under a separate written agreement. Creobot is in private launch at creobot.ai, with access by waitlist. Nothing on this website is an offer to supply either of them, and product specific terms for Creobot are published at creobot.ai.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share access you were granted.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute our apps without written permission.
• Do not use our tools to produce unlawful content or to breach anyone else's rights.
• Make sure you have the right to the content you process through our tools.

Ownership

We own the apps, the products and this website. You own your content, your website and anything our tools produce from your material. Creogen and Creobot remain Creoglyph products and are not licensed for resale under another brand.

Payment

App pricing appears on the relevant Marketplace listing. Assetflow credits are purchased in advance through Razorpay. Service work is invoiced against a written scope.

Refunds and cancellation

If something did not work the way we described it, we refund it. Unused Assetflow credits can be refunded within fourteen days of purchase. Credits already consumed are not refundable, because the processing cost has been incurred. If credits were consumed because of a fault on our side, we restore them at no cost. Monthly engagements can be cancelled with fourteen days written notice. Fixed scope projects can be stopped at any point, and you pay for work delivered to that point. Email support@creoglyph.com with the payment reference.

Availability

We aim to keep everything working and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Third party platforms we depend on, including Webflow and Razorpay, can have their own outages.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.

Ending it

You may stop using the apps and uninstall them at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached, and where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
