Who we are

What this site collects

This website is static and runs no advertising scripts.

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read. It sets a first party cookie so that repeat visits are not counted as new people, and Google receives your IP address and user agent. If you are in the UK, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, analytics storage is switched off for you by default: no cookie is set, nothing is stored on your device, and you are not recognised across visits. We do not run advertising or remarketing on any of this.
• Contact form. When you submit the contact form, your name, work email, company, topic and message are sent to our contact endpoint. The message is checked for spam and routed to the right Creoglyph inbox based on the topic you pick. We use Web3Forms to deliver the email to us. If delivery fails, the page offers you a plain email link instead, and nothing leaves your device until you send it yourself. We use what you write only to reply to you and handle the request.
• App error reports. If an app install fails and you press the report button, the error text is sent to our error reporting endpoint at apis.creoglyph.com. That report contains the error message and nothing else about you.
• Server logs. Whoever hosts this site will keep standard access logs, which typically include IP address, user agent and requested URL.

What our apps collect

The Webflow Designer apps operate on the site you install them into, under permissions Webflow asks you to grant at install time. Assetflow keeps a credit balance tied to your account. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we never receive or store your card details.

Creogen and Creobot

Creogen is in private development. When a partner uses it, the site content and visitor conversations belong to that partner. We do not train shared models on partner data. Partner specific terms are agreed in writing before any access is granted. Creobot is in private launch at creobot.ai. It may process website content, visitor conversations, lead details and support messages, depending on how a customer configures it. Product specific privacy details for Creobot are published at creobot.ai.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the service, which today means our hosting provider, Google for analytics, Web3Forms for contact form delivery, Razorpay for payments, and Webflow where an app operates inside their platform.

Retention

Emails are kept while the conversation is useful and then deleted. Error reports are kept while we are diagnosing the fault. Billing records are kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@creoglyph.com and we will act on it within thirty days. There is no form to fill in.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date below changes and we will say what changed rather than quietly reissuing it.
