Private launch

Your site's only source of full sentences.

Creobot answers visitors from your own material, then keeps every question as a signal about what the site failed to say.

What you normally get

  • A bounce rate, with no reason attached
  • Search terms, stripped of context
  • A session recording nobody has time to watch

What a question gives you

  • The exact wording a real buyer uses
  • The page they were on when they got stuck
  • The objection they have not said out loud to sales
In one paragraph

What Creobot is. An AI website assistant and conversation intelligence layer. It answers visitor questions using your pages, docs and FAQs, captures and qualifies leads inside the conversation, and reports which questions your site is failing to answer. It is in private launch at creobot.ai, with access by waitlist ahead of public self serve.

The conversation flow

Answer it, then sort it.

A site assistant is usually deployed to deflect support tickets. That is the least interesting thing it can do. Every question is also research, and research is only useful if it ends up typed.

Visitor questions sorted into three signal types Five visitor questions arrive on the left. Creobot answers each one and sorts it into one of three types: a content gap, buying intent, or an objection. All three types then feed forward to Creogen as work. Creobot answers, then sorts Content gap an answer the site never gave Buying intent a visitor close to a decision Objection the reason they hesitate TO CREOGEN
Five questions arrive, each is answered, then each is sorted into the one type that decides what happens next.

Inside the product

Six surfaces.

  • Agent setup

Name, tone, and the scope of what it will discuss. Escalation rules for when a human should take over. Most importantly the boundary: what it does when it does not know. Saying so plainly beats a confident invention.

    ScopeEscalation
  • Training data

Your pages, documentation, help articles and the answers your sales team already writes by hand. Answers stay grounded in that material. When a question has no grounding, it is logged as a gap instead of being smoothed over.

    Grounded
  • Playground

A place to attack it privately before a customer does. Ask the pricing objection, the competitor comparison, the awkward one about your roadmap. Adjust, ask again, ship only when the answers hold up.

    PrivatePre launch
  • Lead capture

The email request arrives at the point where the visitor wants something back, not before. A form that asks for a company size before it has earned the right to is why most people close the tab.

    In conversation
  • Qualification

Someone asking about implementation time and someone asking where the office is are not the same visitor. The conversation already shows which is which, so qualification uses that rather than a form field.

    Intent
  • Feedback into Creogen

Questions grouped by theme, ranked by how often they recur and how badly they were answered, then handed to Creogen as scoped work on a named page. This is the part that makes it worth having.

    Handoff

Where Creobot hands off.

A report nobody acts on is a tidier version of not knowing. So the output of Creobot is designed to be the input of Creogen: a typed signal, attached to a page, that becomes a scoped piece of work.

You can run Creobot on its own and export what it finds. It gets considerably more useful when what it finds turns into a change you can approve in one place.

How Creogen picks it up

Where it stands

  • Private launch at creobot.ai. Access is by waitlist, and pricing is published.
  • Usable on its own, without Creogen. Agencies can also run it for clients.
  • Live human handoff is planned. It is not built yet, so we are not claiming it.

Creobot questions.

Not for everyone yet. Creobot is in private launch, and access opens in order from the waitlist at creobot.ai. Plans and pricing are published there.

Answers are grounded in the material you give it, and what it does when it does not know is a setting you control and can test privately before launch. No assistant is perfect, which is exactly why the playground and the escalation rules are part of setup rather than an add on.

No. It is designed to work on any site that can load a script. Our Webflow background shows up in how carefully it is built, not in a platform lock.

That is the part worth having. Each question is typed as a content gap, buying intent or an objection, grouped by theme, ranked by how often it recurs and how badly it was answered, then handed to Creogen as scoped work on a named page.

You do. We do not train shared models on partner conversations. The privacy policy has the detail, and if any of it reads ambiguously, tell us and we will change the wording rather than explain it away.

Your visitors are already telling you what is missing.

Creobot helps you hear it, and Creogen turns it into a change on a named page.

Every question becomes work on a named page, not a dashboard number.
