The AI operations layer for modern websites

Websites that listen, learn, and improve

Creogen structures and runs the website system. Creobot turns what visitors actually ask into signals. Together they help teams build, operate and improve pages with less guessing.

Creogen, the visual builder and website operations workspace A product interface. The Creogen app bar carries Pages, CMS, Assets, Forms, Insights and SEO, two operator avatars, a six changes ready indicator and a publish button. The left navigator lists the site pages, the section tree of the active pricing page including a new comparison section, and the CMS collections: locations, services, team members and FAQs. The centre is the builder canvas, with the page url, passing SEO, AEO, GEO, pSEO and AIO checks, and an artboard holding the hero, problem, features and pricing sections, a new comparison section naming Creogen CMS and hosting or Sanity and Cloudflare, an FAQ with a newly added answer, a form marked CRM connected, and a call to action. The right inspector carries Style, AI, CMS, Host, SEO and Publish panels, a forms and CRM block, and the list of changes in this publish. Beside it the AI operations queue holds five scoped operations and two human reviews, one by Sachin for content and signal, one by Vishal for systems and deploy. Along the bottom Creobot is live on the page, answering real visitor questions about Sanity, CRM and German pages while saving each as a signal, and those become twenty four content gaps, eighteen integration questions, eleven buying intent, nine localization requests and seven objections. This week that was one hundred and fifty six conversations, seventy one signals, six operations and three shipped. 1. The builder is already open.

Pages, sections, CMS collections, canvas, inspector. This is the workspace, not a picture of one.

  2. Creobot is live on the page.

It answers from your own material, and it keeps what it could not answer.

  3. Questions become typed signals.

Content gap, integration question, buying intent, localization request, objection. Counted, not guessed.

  4. Signals become scoped operations.

Each one points at a named url, a section, a CMS field or a publish target.

  5. The page changes.

A comparison section is written, the FAQ gains an answer, the form connects to CRM, DE and FR activate.

  6. CMS, hosting and visibility.

Creogen CMS or Sanity. Creogen hosting or Cloudflare. SEO, AEO, GEO, pSEO and AIO checked against this page.

  7. Two humans still sign it off.

Sachin reviews the content and the signal. Vishal reviews the systems and the deploy.

  8. Publish ready.

Six changes, three locales, checks passed. Then the loop runs again.

The shift

Webflow helped us build better websites, faster.

Then we started building tools for the people building those websites. Now we are building the layer that helps websites improve after launch.

  1. 01

    We built the websites

Six years of Webflow delivery for B2B SaaS teams, startups and agencies, a good share of it white labelled. Building the site was never the hard part. Keeping it right afterwards was.

  2. 02

    Then we built the tools

Four apps, each one shipped because a job that should take five minutes was taking two hours. They were not a product strategy. They were us getting tired of the same afternoon.

  3. 03

Now we build the layer above

Webflow still has its place and we still ship for it. What is missing sits above the platform. A site that listens to the people using it, and improves because of what it hears.

The system

One loop, running continuously.

Most tooling stops at analytics. Here is a number, good luck. The distance between noticing something and changing something is where the actual work is, and that is the distance these two products close.

The Creoglyph operating loop A visitor asks a question. Creobot answers it and keeps a record. Where Creobot and Creogen overlap, the question becomes a typed signal: a content gap, buying intent, or an objection. Creogen turns that signal into work on a named page. The page changes, and the result is measured against the next round of visitor questions, which returns the loop to the start. MEASURED A visitor asks something Creobot answers, and keeps the question Creogen turns it into work on a named page SIGNAL gap, intent, objection The page changes
The full loop. Each step lights the part of the system doing the work.
  1. A visitor asks something the page never answered

Not a search query typed into Google. A sentence, in their own words, at the moment they got stuck. That is the highest quality signal a website produces, and on most sites it lands nowhere.

  2. Creobot answers it, and keeps it

The visitor gets an answer from your own material. If the answer was not in your material, that is the more useful outcome. The gap goes on record instead of walking out of the door.

  3. The question becomes a typed signal

A missing answer, a pricing objection, a comparison against a competitor. Fifty versions of the same question stop being fifty conversations and become one thing to fix.

  4. Creogen turns it into an operation

A section to write, a CMS field to fill, a page to build. Scoped to a specific URL with the evidence attached, so nobody starts from a blank page and a hunch.

  5. The page changes, and it gets measured

Then you watch whether that question stops being asked. A site that answers more of what people arrive wanting to know is the only definition of improvement we care about.

Creogen

The website intelligence and operations platform.

Everything a marketing site needs done to it after launch, in one place, instead of six tools and a spreadsheet tracking the other six. Partner led and managed. Not a public sign up product.

  • Visual building

Compose and change pages on a canvas, with the site's own components, so the person who knows the message can ship the section.

Everything Creogen does

Creobot

The conversation engine.

A site assistant is usually deployed to deflect support tickets. That is the least interesting thing it can do. It is the only part of your website that hears a full sentence from a stranger. If we only shipped the chat part, we would not have bothered.

Visitor questions sorted into three signal types Five visitor questions arrive on the left. Creobot answers each one and sorts it into one of three types: a content gap, buying intent, or an objection. All three types then feed forward to Creogen as work. Creobot answers, then sorts Content gap an answer the site never gave Buying intent a visitor close to a decision Objection the reason they hesitate TO CREOGEN
Every question is answered, then sorted, so a conversation becomes something you can act on.
Visitor questions
Real sentences from real strangers, captured at the moment they got stuck.
Training data
Your pages, docs, help articles and the answers your sales team already writes by hand.
Lead capture
The email request arrives when the visitor wants something back, not before.
Qualification
The conversation already shows who is evaluating and who is browsing. Use that instead of a form.
Conversation insights
Questions grouped by theme, ranked by how often they recur and how badly they were answered.
Feedback into Creogen
Each grouped signal becomes a scoped piece of work on a named page. That is the part that makes it worth having.

Everything Creobot does

Where it started

Four apps, built because we needed them.

Still live, still supported. Each one removes a job a person should not have to do fifty times. Once you have built four of those, the larger version of the problem is hard to miss.

Partners

Agencies first. Not a signup button.

Creogen is still partner led and managed, not a public signup product. Creobot is in private launch at creobot.ai and moving toward standalone self serve, so agencies can use it with clients and customers will be able to use it directly when it opens. The products stay owned and branded by Creoglyph. What you build around them is yours.

How partnering works

This suits you if

  • You look after more than a handful of client sites
  • You already sell retainers or ongoing optimisation
  • You want to offer website operations without hiring for it
  • You will tell us what is broken, including the unflattering parts

It does not suit you if

  • You need something dependable in production this quarter
  • You want to resell it under your own brand
  • You are looking for a single project build

The questions we actually get asked.

We build software for what happens to a website after it launches. Creobot listens to what visitors ask on your site. Creogen turns those questions into work on a named page. Before that we spent six years building Webflow sites and four Webflow apps, and those apps are still live and still supported.

Creobot hears the question. Creogen fixes the page. Creobot captures what a visitor asked and types it as a content gap, buying intent or an objection. Creogen takes that signal and turns it into a scoped piece of work on a specific URL. You can run Creobot on its own, but the pair is the point.

Yes. We built in Webflow for six years and we still ship and maintain four Webflow apps. Creobot works on any site that can load a script. Creogen sits above the platform rather than replacing it, and the exact integration surface is one of the things partner feedback is deciding right now.

Agencies who already carry responsibility for client sites after launch, usually on a retainer or care plan. If you look after more than a handful of sites and your clients keep asking why the site is not improving, that is the conversation. It is not a reseller scheme and the products stay ours.

Three Webflow apps install right now: HTMLtoflow, Attriflow and Assetflow. AI CMS Helper Text Generator is enabled per account on request. Creobot is in private launch at creobot.ai, with access by waitlist. Creogen is not a public sign up product: it stays partner led and managed.

Book a call and you get Sachin or Vishal, not a sales team. Partnership, Creogen and Creobot questions go to business@creoglyph.com. Anything about a Webflow app, an install or a payment goes to support@creoglyph.com.

Come and pull this apart.

Book a call and you get Sachin or Vishal. Bring the awkward questions. We would rather hear them now than after you have signed something, and you will get a straight answer about what works today and what does not.

Three Webflow apps you can install before the call. Creobot is in private launch at creobot.ai. Creogen stays partner led.

A visitor question becoming a change on a page A question enters on the left, Creobot captures it, Creogen turns it into an operation, and one block on the page is marked as changed. Creobot Creogen QUESTION TO CHANGE
